Fees
We think families should have flexibility when it comes to education, so we work on a simple monthly subscription-style fee. That means no surprises, no deposit, and no tie-in periods. If you need to leave, then we just need 1 month’s notice.

Following a once-off enrolment fee of R750, we have three payment options available.
12 Monthly Payments

Important: If enrolling after January, the 11-month option also requires a once-off amount depending on the month of enrolment. This can be confirmed with our office.

* Our 11- and 12-month Debit Order options are only available to those with a South African bank account.
* Joining Koa in grades 8-12 after term 2 will draw a textbook charge.
Third Child Discount - 15%
We know schooling can get expensive for large families. So we offer a 15% discount from the third child on. In part, this is to help offset the cost of maintaining a more robust Internet line speed to keep everyone well connected!
What's included in our school fees?
What is included:
- Personalised Koa Academy email account.
- Google Workspace (Google suite of apps).
- Online Drive storage.
- All required learning material (books, platforms, etc. are all included in the monthly fee).
- Daily Pod sessions.
- Daily check-in with teacher in small groups.
- Bookable one-on-one Teacher Time.
- Weekly target setting and tracking.
- Quarterly Demo Days.
- Regular online social events.
- Benchmarking assessments.
- Learning path management.
- Ongoing progress reports.
- Annual grade progression assessments.
What is not included:
- Device and Internet connection.
- Stationery.
- Optional in-person events.
- Grade 12 IEB exam fees (once off).
